JSS KRCST Suttur celebrated National Science Day on 28th February 2025. with a series of engaging activities aimed at promoting scientific curiosity and knowledge among students. Demonstration of Science models, quiz competition was conducted.
🎓 Workshop for High School students
📌 Regular workshops conducted for high school students in two sessions:
🛠️ Session 1 - Hands-on Training with Science Models
Students engage in hands-on training with science models to enhance their understanding, develop scientific awareness, and improve reasoning skills.
💡 Session 2 - Student Development Program
Focuses on academic support, study skills, mind management, memory enhancement, and concentration techniques to boost student performance.
Sky watch program
🎓 Participants: 100+ students and staff participated in the program Sky watch program was organised on 3rd January, 2025 in association with Rotary Midtown Academy, Mysuru. The program is to provide an engaging and educational experience by observing celestial objects such as the Sun, Sun’s spot, planet and the moon. This helps the students to enhance the understanding level of the night sky.
Planetarium show
🎓 Participants: 400+ students and staff participated in the program A Planetarium show program was organized on 25th Feb, 2025 in association with Tare Zameen par institution, Bengaluru. watched solar system, launch of the aircraft, study on sun & moon, concept of eclipse, earth and star life cycle, earth rotation and revolution, climatic changes & black holes etc.,
